He further refined his strategic and managerial capabilities through a higher degree— Master in Business Administration from a renowned university in London, with a strong focus on international trade, operations management, and global business strategy.

During his early career years, Manas lived in Cambridge, United Kingdom, a period that greatly shaped his worldview and exposed him to cutting-edge innovation, strong academic ecosystems, and diverse professional networks. He later moved to London, one of the world’s most active financial and commercial hubs, where he expanded his reach into multiple business sectors and built a reputation for operational excellence and strategic foresight.

With years of hands-on experience in the global business landscape, Manas developed a keen understanding of international supply chains, risk management, compliance, and cross-border trade.
